Pros

WebPT is unlike any company I've worked for. It's what many companies strive for, but rarely achieve. I've found that if you work hard, you will be rewarded. This company is not for the person who just wants to clock in from 9-5. Employees that are passionate about what they do, absolutely have the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves. Continued training and education is encouraged from management. The more value that you deliver in your role, the more that the executive team trusts you. That leads to the ability to be truly empowered to just get your work done. I've also never worked anywhere with so many insanely talented folks, who are actually really kind. Everyone says "hi" in the hallways, and I end up laughing every day. I love my job! My team is more like a family, than just coworkers. I've found that if I'm feeling upset at a situation with my job, if I deliver a solution to Management, it is quickly addressed. The people who complain frequently, usually tend to be ones without solutions to the problems.

Cons

The office building could get some improvements/more space.

The best people at a rock-solid company

Pros

The marketing team is the best in the universe. Seriously. It's a group of the most brilliant, hilarious, and hard-working people ever. Beyond getting to laugh every day, we kick major butt, pulling off some of the best B2B inbound marketing and events I've ever seen. My love for the team isn't restricted to marketing, though. There are great people everywhere, and we all have a good time together. I'm always impressed with everyone's dedication and knowledge. Over the past year-or-so, WebPT went through tremendous growth, and that meant we had to iron out some kinks. Growing pains are natural. But we've rebounded; hired smarter; pivoted where necessary; and we're better than ever. I really applaud WebPT for its ability to adapt to fast change and come out of it for the better. Also, WebPT as a business is solid. It's not some Silicon Valley startup with an inflated valuation that's burning its cash. It is a profitable, sustainable business with a great SaaS model. I love being part of its success.

Cons

The benefits are honestly standard. It's just that in the SaaS tech world, standard doesn't seem acceptable any more. The health benefits have improved year-over-year, and three weeks paid vacation is great in my book. (Plus, the company has been more than accommodating of my requests to telecommute when necessary.) As soon as WebPT matches 401k and provides paid parental leave, I think they'll be a cut above the rest.
