the higher management is just the worst they behave like this is a school with so many restrictions ,if they see a little bit of happiness going on with you they will give there 200% to destroy that not to make the workflow easy but to torture u also there are 2 leads who will make your life worse they are the last thing u want to interact at the Start of the day or end of the day or the whole day just avoiding them would be best also try not to go to their team I can't provide the names but all i can say is they are both female leads.Last thing if you want a happy progressive company with growth and experience NEVER JOIN WEBPT !! atleast under this worst management if you join then LOOK OUT FOR THE BOTH LEADS I'M talking about.

Higher leaders force you to micromanage You’re not allowed to trust your teams ability Don’t accept salary they overwork you and your work life balance will go to hell You do not get paid what you’re worth at this place They work harder not smarter Webpt was great before Warburg Pincus then it went downhill Leadership would rather listen to someone who cares more about money than the member but if you care about the member the money will come no matter now look at them losing members left and right
