WebPT reviews

This is a highly dysfunctional organization with leadership that is out of touch and oblivious (or ignorant?) to the dysfunction that trickles down daily to its members (the customers). This dysfunction often costs the members significant sums of money, which is discouraging to see regularly. WebPT employees are spread incredibly thin with increasing responsibilities but no standardized processes or control to make an efficient impact. The products are often significantly flawed and leadership continues to spread the development team thin by chasing features other EMRs have, instead of stabilizing and improving WebPT's current products. Pay is low and there are few upward mobility options as the revenue organization has prioritized outside hires instead of promoting internally in the last two years. Employee turnover rates are insanely high, further stressing their remaining employees, but leadership does not acknowledge this nor do they do anything to improve it. I feel regularly that I am on a sinking ship.
