- good work/life balance - good company - chance to get nice experience

- hard to improve in your skills - CEO trying to manage everything, every single detail and disorganising the work of all departments - not supplying basic needed stuff - not enough resources to develop the products - questioning every single decision of the managers

Where to start? It's all a con. CEO is like a comic book bad guy. Has to micromanage everything. Business is crumbling around him and he's taking it out on the wrong people. His incompetence comes from his early fortunate success, and he's been trying to hang on to this ever since. A general bullying culture, with a shared common enemy (CEO) to provide some camaraderie.
