Pros

I've recently left Webanywhere and can honestly say it's the best company I've ever worked for. The only reason I left was for a big promotion, and went with the full blessing of the MD and the management team who all played a part in mentoring and developing me during my tenure. I would recommend Webanywhere as a great place to work Fantastic products, values, people, location. And a great chance to develop and grow.

Cons

Fast paced, and you will be challenged and taken out of your comfort zone - Which I loved. No two days are the same and a big focus on learning. If checking in at 9, out at 5 and doing the same boring thing everyday is for you. Then this isn't the environment for you.

Some great people who want to do their best, some great products.

Cons

Poor priorities, unrealistic goals, broken internal systems, baffling proceduers, pressurised environment, but worst of all, a maniac boss who expects people to work for free and bullys staff.
