Pros

- The company is very agile, growing internationally and expanding - As a result, I started in the business at a junior level and have managed to be promoted within a short space of time - I really enjoy learning, this role hasn't been restrictive as other companies I have worked for, instead I am able to learn lot's on the job. My manager has been really helpful in developing me personally. - The company is global, I've travelled to the companies Poland and US offices, as a result I have built new friendships

Cons

- Resourcing is a struggle, the company is bootstrapped, whilst this is honourable..it comes with challenges

Pros

We have Fun Friday's, monthly socials, incentives for hitting targets i.e mini break to Barcelona. The company is growing here, Poland and US yet every employee matters. It's extremely fast paced but I wouldn't have it any other way We are right in the centre of Leeds which is a perfect location There are constant growth and progression opportunities

Cons

Need more meeting rooms Sometimes miscommunication between management to the people on floor but that sometimes is the case in a lot of business especially ones that are growing like this one Multiple simultaneous actions expected with short turnarounds Negativity from staff sometimes bring the morale down but then again no company is perfect

They offered a sales role which was term time only, which worked well for parents in particular.

Cons

Far too much micromanagement by the CEO to the detriment of the business and personal well being. A highly unprofessional environment. Odd personal comments made by management. The job would have been fine if it weren’t for the uncomfortable energy and not to mention ridiculous targets made by management.
