Offered me an apprenticeship just after I left school which was very exciting. I was introduced to a great team of lovely people that I am still in contact with. The training I received was amazing and I have since progressed massively in my role by learning new things and gaining knowledge overall.

The best part about the job for me is the people, easily one of the best bunch of colleagues I've worked with. The job itself is satisfying as you feel appreciated, wanted and listened to. There is plenty to do but it's shared around and people are eager to help when they can. The office is also another reason to join, working at Avenue HQ is a very nice added touch.
