Pay is decent but that's about it

Cons

Won't have time for your personal life. Management is discriminatory, rude and unorganized. Will work you like a dog and expect you to clean up their mistakes. They clearly don't know what they're doing up there. Just go somewhere else to save you the headache and stress.

I really don't have any pros

Cons

They are not flexible working with schedules, if you are 30 seconds late they will give you a point. If you get a flat tire you will get a point. There is a lot of substance abuse on shift and if you're a woman... good luck. Never got return calls about in house interviews. Hours are not guaranteed, when there is overtime the money is nice but otherwise, you never know if you're going to be able to pay your bills.
