-Somewhat Hybrid Work Model (1 day work from home) -Difficult to get laid off - Located in SoCal -HR is good and tries

Cons

- no accountability at all -nobody gets let go - people in positions they are not competent in -start up issues - some leaders lack principles -getting very political and toxic environment - very junior people across the board -promotions becoming based on kissing up -wrong tools are being used which hamper productivity -company is always Re-active and not proactive
