-Great coworkers -Interesting Products -Emerging field of Vehicle Electrification -While the workload is overwhelming and you’re hard-pressed to get assistance, you will not be having to fight to take vacation

Cons

-Poor upper management decision making -Lack of technician support and glut of management. -Subpar compensation -Raises few to nonexistent depending on position. -Disorganization and lack of priorities -Tools and staff to do the work are not available -Crushing workload on a few employees -If you are not assertive at setting boundaries you will be worked around the clock
