- Friendship or what they call "loyalty" which is more "always agree with management" is more important than knowledge and professionalism. They keep around a few people that have no clue what they are doing as privileged workers and even with a self-imposed boss position.
TIP: If you are currently working here, just try to be very close to the CEO (go and party with him in the US or in your local office - even better if you find him some girlfriend) and you will scale quickly.
- Unfortunately, COVID-19 + working with only 1 main industry gave them the opportunity to get rid of more than 50% of the employees during these hard times.
- Salaries can be improved (especially for Ecuadorian contracts, they offer half of what you will earn from hourly contracts) I guess its better for them to not have an attachment to employees.
- It is evident that the company lost all interest in employees, it does not motivate employees to improve, They try to cut expenses as much as possible even not paying 1 hour because they found a screenshot not related to work that could have been for seconds.
- Workers are only offered a raise when they find another job offer, they try hard to keep good underpaid workers when that happens.
