If you're a software engineer this company is great, it's without a doubt an engineer-driven company. As long as you're in good standing, moving around within the company is simple. The benefits are incredible; they provide paid workcations for 14 days in Miami, New York, and other locations. Great compensation and highly intelligent coworkers.

Cons

The workload can be intense at times, but I’ve worked in places that were worse.
