4yWe are very sorry to hear about your most recent experience working at Weber. Our average employee tenure is 15 years and that speaks volumes when employees desire to carry out a large portion of their career/professional lives with Weber. We are inclined to think this is not a valid review as our most recent departures stated that they enjoyed the flexible work/hybrid model, we are competitive in wages and benefits, and most of all, people enjoy working with their co-workers here at Weber. Unfortunately, people have the ability to create fake accounts, names, and defame companies unnecessarily. We believe this to be the case in this very generic review.
