      Not a bad company to work for.

      Pros

      Good people at the factory. Customer Service and Pricing departments are great to the sales reps. The manager who hired me was great to work with and very supportive.

      Cons

      Comp plan changed 3 times in 4 years. Not competitive on large label opportunities unless the rep is willing to take little or no commission. Engineering team is nice but if the project calls for something out of the box it's no-go or at least a miserable struggle to get them to approve a project. Sometimes if felt like you had to sell corporate on a project as well as sell the customer when it shouldn't be that way.

      Pros

      Great Team, and Great Capabilities of the company give a sales professional a lot of tools in their kit to be successful. A very robust marketing team to give collateral assistance for growing your income. BIG Bonus working for a privately held family owned business, and not an equity firm too.

      Cons

      Lots of solutions means lots of upfront knowledge / on-boarding if you are more labels to equipment based or vice versa. Good support for a new rep though in learning what you need to be successful.
