      Pros

      Coworkers are supportive and have interest in helping organization succeed

      Cons

      Restructuring had a negative effect due to valuable and knowledgeable staff being dismissed. Partially due to new VP’s lack of knowledge and personal opinions driving decisions. Organization has still not recovered loosing very experienced staff most likely costing company financially in lost new sales and lowering the customer experience/satisfaction.

      Pros

      The work culture is pretty good, flexible working schedules and nice people willing to help everywhere. Like getting out at 3 on Fridays

      Cons

      I had to move out of state otherwise I would have stayed

      Great people, casual, fun environment

      Pros

      I actually like coming to work every day. I find the culture to be casual and fun. I have a lot of autonomy and enjoy the team environment. There are quarterly bonuses and great benefits. When issues do arise, I see managers and leadership respond and do their best.

      Cons

      The building needs updating which will be fixed in the future but if you look past that and do your work and focus on the people and work with your team, it's really gratifying.
