      Pros

      Good people, my direct supervisor was great and would go to bat for her employees.

      Cons

      No raises and I wasn't a fan of company wide random drug testing. I just think it's a waste of time and money.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. While we take a drug free workplace very seriously, we have adjusted our random policy to coincide with customer requirements. We have also implemented many positive changes at Weber including a bonus program. Based on the achievement of company goals, initiatives, and profitability, employees have the opportunity to participant in a bonus plan that pays out more than the average market annual increase of 3%. To date, our employees have received a bonus payout greater than the market rate and the sky is the limit. If you are considering employment at Weber, feel free to ask about our bonus program.

      Pros

      The people are nice to work with. They work hard and make a conscious effort to satisfy the customer.

      Cons

      Management make poor decisions. They seem to lack experience and do not ask for employee input. No communication. No teamwork. No raises in 8+ years. Applicants beware.

      Ability to set my schedule and call on prospects face-to-face. Nice people. Provide good benefits and company car

      Cons

      Reported to 4 different people in 12 months. No strong Value Proposition. Need to allow sales reps. to sell the full turnkey solution, both applicators and labels.
