      Fun, easily adaptable, but always professional

      Pros

      Executives really value feedback. I suggested a few process changes, they listened, discussed them, and implemented my suggestions within a week! They allow me to run my program without excessive oversight. I brief one chart a month and keep them informed about significant events as they happen. It's been great!

      Cons

      The location is not in the nicest part of town. I understand it is necessary because the company is a HUB Zone company, but it makes commuting somewhat unpleasant.

      Pros

      The people you work with are great. Fun environment. Helpful down-to-earth work environment. Communication with leadership is a knock away. Leadership is great. Compassionate and caring. Talk to your leader and let them help you get past any issues. Honestly can't emphasize your colleagues are mostly wonderful. Wonderful ability to just work around issues by communicating with your leaders and teammates.

      Cons

      Poor benefits all around: - The shocking hours and rules. 9-6 hours, forced 1-hour lunch. - Rules. Very stuck in the past. Dress code!! Never mind getting the job done, you have to make sure you're wearing the right attire in this day and age. - healthcare is a joke. - promised benefits are yet to be seen. - do not expect PTO, it accrued so slowly and you do not start off with anyThe - CEO is not professional, you feel like her personal pheasant. The CEO is however someone that does deserve respect. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, and proud. It is just sad how they run around the place like royalty.

      Pros

      Great Company, they really understand the work life / personal life balance. As a contracting software engineer, I really felt like I was being taken care of really well. From the on boarding to sun set, there was nothing that Ann (HR) failed in making me feel apart of the family in Texas. The software team in SD is also great, very approachable, talented, and hard working. For my case, I'm very appreciative of how much effort and extra lengths they went to work with me being unclassified in a classified environment. If you're reading this guys, thanks for the lunches, conversations, and problems solved together.

      Cons

      It's with no fault of WebHead that I'm leaving, in these specific times, make sure your security clearance is cleared before coming on board.
