      Great people to work with and great work environment

      Cons

      They are committed to their bottom line and that's making money for Webhead. You will only be employed there as long as they need you for a task. Once the task is complete you may be released or hours reduced significantly to the point where you can no longer support yourself with that job.

      Strong leadership. My bosses work harder than the employees. They know what they are doing and appreciate the work of employees.

      Cons

      They help with all certifications and have a wonderful mentorship program. Everyone is learning as they work and cross-training is considered normal but no t/a.
