      Great company! Nice people! Great management! Great CEO! Great life, family and work balance. Positive environment. Greatest team I ever worked with!

      Small company. When contract ends most likely position will be terminated if no other job fits.

      Pros

      Working for Webhead is an overall good experience. If you're up to challenges and providing solutions, and your a self-motivator, with the ability to adapt to change and want to be a contributor then working for a small business is a place you can make a difference. When you leave Webhead you will definitely have a wealth of knowledge and experience in various business areas.

      Cons

      Small Businesses have the same needs as any large business, the challenge is always doing more with less. Therefore affecting work-life balance, knowing how to manage stress and the ability to foster team working environments with all different personalities is key.

      Less availability of Resources we do more with less. Retaining top talent, we struggle with setting up career tracks for team development. Having the right people to execute on demand with fast growth can be tough at time
