Cons

immature management, no H/R dept, no health insurance for 60 days if you last that long. not vested in 401 K for 6 years. overbearing culture, retaliation if you dont agree with everything they say.

good pay, shift feel fast and busy to work through

Cons

hiring problems employee retention problems, mandatory overtime because of it. shift Management and some other types of management seem to be a bit to cozy of positions too, Needs a real HR department asap.
