Good Benefits to hide the dullness of it all

Web has really good benefits and it looks great from their video but i think thats how they try to mask the very boring work/work environment.

Cons

Advancement is extremely rare. Lateral movements are much more common or you get a new job title with no new responsibilities or tasks essentially making the title feel empty and hollow. The job was boring and tedious and the new hires get the projects that no one wants to do. Didnt really feel like it was a career it felt more of like a job. They say make your own path and get into what you want but how can you do what you want when youre stuck with the boring projects no one wants. Its great for a fresh out of college grad but for a long term career Id keep looking. The flashly perks like games and free food just mask the reality of this job: its boring and a dead end .

We have created a flat organizational structure which allows us to empower our employees with responsibilities that would typically be controlled by layers of management in a taller organizational structure. Professional growth opportunities, with job specific training are provided on a monthly basis to help our employees expand their knowledge of our products. Ultimately, we want our employees to continuously share their thoughts, both good and bad, so we can continue a positive working relationship with all company employees.

Pros

You get to met some great people. The break room has unlimited supply of water and juice. The HR department is fun to hang out with after working hours.

Cons

Managers are two faced and their professionalism is horrible. They have relationships outside of work and their favoritism shows. It gets very hot inside the warehouse during the summer time with no ventilation.

Specifically, at our Cumberland, MD location, we provide our employees with a monthly catering option, as well as on-site food trucks and slushy services.
