Pros

Without some of the coworkers there, that place would fall apart. The starting wage is ok for the area. If you'd like fork lift experience, this is the place. If you liked High School drama, you'll love it here. Huge stress relief when you leave the place.

Cons

Management is young, incompetent and don't like anyone who comes on and isn't a "yes man". They've been telling everyone that their on path to leadership and management positions that just started, as an attempt to hold on to any employee. For a warehouse, this place has a really high turnover rate. If you get on managements bad side, doesn't matter how good a worker you are. You get labeled as a problem and they will do anything in their power to either fire you or make your life miserable. They fill good employees with delusions that they're gonna get promoted or get more money. Really all they're doing is getting you to handle more responsibilities without earning a title. Management is constantly talking bad about their employees to their other employees whom they trust in their "inner circle." They'll even share information of other employees that should be kept confidential. There's a constant double standard between shifts, no shift actually works on the problems with each other. They just throw emails around complaining but never actually come up with solutions. This place doesn't promote competition or one upping each other in order to increase productivity. This place is a pit of despair and will never change, despite their claims that they are.

Overall Good Place to Work

Pros

You get extensive training that lasts 60 days to give you every opportunity to succeed at this job. It is constantly growing, and new positions are added and developed based on the needs of the company in the warehouse and offices. The environment is very fast paced job, but with the hiring mindset of "great employees only", we truly have the most hardworking team that knows how to have fun when there is time for that. There are always "extras" that are unexpected and encouraging for your week. The culture of the company makes this such a wonderful place to work. Offers great benefits and can be flexible with scheduling when needed. There is a nice, respected, work-life balance, but also a con to this, expected to be a bit robotic and not allow any life aspects to influence your work day.

Cons

Management can be disengaged regarding work related issues. Aside from 12 week unpaid FMLA there is no additional paid option for maternity/paternity leave for employees. Pay is reevaluated once at the end of each year, so regardless of new job duties throughout the year, your pay does not reflect that.

Growth Potential

Pros

Being here for a couple years has shown me that if you stay focused and pull your own weight, you are successful in the company. Offices, warehouses, employee numbers are growing, and we are gaining momentum in this industry, so we must be doing something right. I see some poor reviews here but they appear to be from those who were former employees and that tells me that they were not qualified. Generally speaking, the folks I work with are positive and will work with you to meet the company goals. Working hours are flexible as long as you are on top of your work. I have not seen growth stop since starting here and based off the trends of our industry, I don't see it slowing down any time soon.

Cons

Not many, sometimes its hard to find parking but they have a carpooling program with incentives that alleviates that for the most part.

We do have a carpooling program to try to cut down on the vehicles in our parking lot. Please contact your Benefits Administrator for more details. We encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions as a part of our Clark challenge program.
