Our company, especially the customer service department has been the best career by far for me. There are not enough words to describe how happy, passionate and excited I am for what our company holds for me in the future. I am given the ability to use my strengths, make suggestions in order to help our processes be better, and most importantly, be myself. I am currently working on the consultant growth path and should have it completed before next year. Throughout this opportunity for growth, my team leader has been the most supportive in helping me achieve the different things necessary in order to continue down this path. Even though we have customer solutions offices across the United States, because of our culture, morale, and teamwork, it feels as though we are one office. Everyone cohesively works together through the different forms of communication that we are given in order to come to a solution for a customer. Besides the people I work with, another one of my favorite things about our department is how much they value a work-life balance. I never worry about having to take work home with me, which gives me the opportunity to spend that time with my family. It is an honor and a pleasure to be apart of the unique and innovative culture we have here at the Webstaurant Store.
