Free lunch if you opt into their carpool program, friendly work environment, tons of perks like a gym, soda fountain, air hockey and gaming tables. Great community

I had somewhere to go for 8 hours a day so that was always a pro I guess you could say .

Cons

Well being told the only thing I ever did that was good enough was cleaning even though I did the same amount of work and quality as everyone else around me I guess you could say I wasn't accepted by management since a buddy told me that quite a few of those same people work there.

Pros

They treat their employees extremely well. Numerous perks and benefits given, including complimentary gym, frequent catered lunches and fun activities like air hockey and volleyball tournaments, rewards for participating in company carpool program and health initiatives, etc. Open, flat structure allows for entrepreneurial mindset and little red tape. The company, as well as its parent company, is growing very fast and seeing ever-increasing success.

Cons

On-board process is very informal to non-existent, although this may vary between departments.
