      Don’t do it! You’re Better off

      Pros

      The pay is decent for the Durant, Ok area. Will buy food once every 6 months or so..

      Cons

      The whole store is a joke, have talked to corporate several times and told look for a different job if I wasn’t happy with management. Changed my schedule 3 times in a 3 month period. Can’t voice your opinion or get treated differently. Don’t have an hr so have to call to hr in Pennsylvania. Don’t put in a 2 weeks notice, because they just walk you out. Care nothing of your life away from work.

      Pros

      Free lunch. Some coworkers were great (not all).

      Cons

      Management is awful. No further growth opportunities in remote locations. It's a call center job, that's it. Unless you're in PA you aren't getting any more opportunities. Also, benefits are AWFUL. Good luck paying so much out of pocket for health care. Absolutely terrible benefits- I had to pay out nearly $350 for getting the flu one year out of pocket.

      Pros

      Progressive environment, friendly coworkers, positive atmosphere, great benefits, great compensation, free snacks/drinks, team-building exercises, team outings - paid for, catered lunch once a week, awesome break-room & "fun-zones", the ability to work independently, managers who care about your goals, growth opportunities.

      Cons

      No cons. You will have to work hard and strive to do better every day!
