Pros
The work environment is conducive to learning. I've never felt chastised for asking questions. Everyone is happy and willing to help if there's a problem I can't solve myself. In addition to the salary, the intangible benefits of working here make it easy to come in to work everyday. They seem to care about how they treat their employees and it makes a workday enjoyable. I've recommended this as a first job to a few friends who are still in school.
Cons
Some days are challenging. This seems to be the case with every career though. On an off day, it can be a little draining if the entire day is filled with angry customers, but the rewarding part of the job is turning them into satisfied customers by the end of the conversation. Fast paced work environment can be tiring occasionally, but overall its not overwhelming.
