Pros

Most people are great to work with.

Cons

Massive rumor mill always running rampant. Management is inept at inner workings and problems brought up by employees. Higher management when brought issues give vague excuses and a thanks for bringing that up. They could care less long as the company still makes money. No fluids but water allowed, only in clear plastic bottles.

Hours were great and pay was wonderful

“After six years in the same role—where I helped improve processes and trained others—I was told the person I trained would be taking over, and I would only perform the role when needed. I was then moved between multiple positions in a way that made it difficult to keep up or succeed, despite being given basic training. The constant changes created instability rather than growth. When I asked for an explanation, I was given vague, scripted responses that did not address my concerns. The experience left me feeling undervalued and unsupported.
