Pros

Opportunity for corporate growth. Reasonable and fair workload. Semi annual raises. Fun and comfortable environment. Very transparent leadership.

Cons

Although leadership training and opportunities exist, leadership can be resistant to training individuals who are interested. I was once told that intricately mean people are often worse than mean people. Leadership to my knowledge consists of mostly these intricately mean people.
