Lot's of bells and whistles. Short on support.

Pros

It's a modern tech environment where the dress code is very relaxed. There are games to play and dogs are allowed.

Cons

Communication is awful even though they claim it's their number one focus. They have a lot of processes but you only find out about them when you're called out for not following them. Even then, it's glossed over as a "should have known".

Pros

- The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant and above all very respectful -A place to learn and to grow thanks to those PR and the code standard we have including the amount of new system the company is developing at this time -At tampa office the management is pretty cool and as they say their doors are always open -Free snacks all the time and free lunch 2 or 3 fridays per month -You can go to work wearing shorts and flip flops -1 or 2 days working from home depending on your working experience and/or your commute time

Cons

-10 PTO only for the first 3 years, no sick days -For getting the best part of the benefit package you'll need to wait more than 1 year -As you are responsible for estimations be carefully some tasks can take a lot more than expected

The company has one of the strongest programming teams and is constantly seeking new talent, and also has some of the friendliest people to work with as well. The dev tools and coding languages are all modern, and there are many opportunities to work on a variety of projects to expand your skills and knowledge. Employees are offered health and 401k benefits that are on the higher side than some other companies offer. The company relocated recently and has put an emphasis on its employees with workstation accommodations, themed meeting rooms, and an expanded breakroom that is kept in stock with snacks and a new soda fountain, and a game room. Opportunities are available for work-from-home days as you develop in the company.

Cons

The company is deadline driven and you'll need to be accurate in your estimations for success. While the benefits are strong, they are delayed until you complete the initial probationary period from your hire date. The office layout is an open space design, if that's not your thing.
