Outside work is always great.
Cons
They have cameras on there vehicles and watch techs non stop. The Tech has no control over their customers or their route. They treat their techs like they are a dime a dozen. They will also not pay you on lawns you have done even if you can prove it so they can charge customers double. Once more they won't pay you! Basically if you just apply the product and ask no questions at all you will keep working there. I've been told by a manager this personally. This company is a fraud and I urge people never use this company or to ever work for the Arlington Heights,IL branch if you take pride in your skills or yourself.
