There’s several cons but I’ll try to keep it short and sweet 1. You NEVER know how much commission you make. They do not give you any type of break down. Basically you get your check and hope for the best. 2. Any time you think you’re doing a great job, it’s never good enough. 3. You aggravate the hell out of current customers and prospects. Even if they say to take them off the list they will more than likely be called again 4. There is zero organization within the company 5. Need something from customer service ? Chances are their phones will be on do not disturb I was one of the top sales people for this company for over a year. Personal issues came up and I had to leave to take care of my father. I sent an email to my boss about the situation and he didn’t even have the decency to email me back. They just care about themselves. Save yourself the trouble and go work for a company who cares about their employees
