The place has some amazing energy. I've seen people go from entry level to management, shy quiet people grow into characters, business owners who's lives have changed from the opportunities the company presents... You wouldn't think a cannabis space business could really work this well and be so transparent. You definitely work hard but the results are always positive.

Cons

It's in Irvine. Hours are long and there is plenty of work for everyone. Gym on location is very small. Could benefit from more open communication between departments.

Pros

Use latest and greatest technology stack. You get a lot of gimmicks like free snacks & drinks and a nice office, or from home. Get to work and talk about marijuana all day and technology.

Cons

They don't invest in their new employees. Expect to be hired without much knowledge of your experienced and fired the moment they learn you don't meet 12/12 on a theoretical "Joel Test" afterward.
