Pros

Great benefits Competitive pay The company is investing in it's employees and has made major improvements regarding career growth, work/life balance, and transparency as a whole. I see a lot of people expressing their gripes, but I have not experience that myself. This is a fast paced industry and a fast paced company. A lot of the "changing of priorities" is focused on ensuring we stay competitive in the ever changing landscape of the canna-tech industry.

Cons

If you do not thrive in a fast paced environment, you will not be successful here.
