This company positions itself as a “tech company,” but that couldn’t be further from reality. Leadership lacks vision, experience, and any meaningful strategy. There is no clear roadmap, no long-term planning, and no consistent execution. Unsurprisingly, turnover is extremely high, with people cycling in and out on a near-quarterly basis. The product itself is fundamentally broken, and the company has a poor reputation within the cannabis industry. Many industry professionals do not respect this organization due to unethical behavior and overpromising while underdelivering. That should have been a red flag from the start. Employees who are outspoken, proactive, or who suggest improvements are quickly shut down or labeled as “difficult.” There is little to no respect for people who are genuinely trying to elevate the company, improve processes, or empower teams. Success here seems limited to those who keep their heads down, ask no questions, and avoid challenging leadership. The culture is very much a boys’ club. Friends of the CEO occupy C-suite and leadership roles despite having little to no formal business or operational experience. Decisions are driven by favoritism rather than data, expertise, or best practices. From a sales perspective, transparency is a major issue. Data is routinely hidden or restricted to mask poor performance. Sales reports can disappear without notice, and commission payments are treated as optional rather than earned. Commission checks may be withheld at any time under the guise of “performance incentives,” creating a lack of trust and financial instability for employees. Overall, this is not a place for professionals looking for growth, transparency, or ethical leadership. Anyone considering a role here should proceed with extreme caution.
