Pros

- There are a handful great people (if you're lucky enough to work with them) - Employee Resource Group led seminars to get in touch with your hidden bias ;)

Cons

- Employees are jumping ship left & right; the attrition is staggering - Management lacks leadership ability - WM Product offerings inferior in the marketplace - Moral is tanking (already tanked)
