literally nothing.. i can't think of any..

Cons

Low pay, Poor management, and no clear path for inner company success useless and uncaring HR some people get paid to do nothing but eat free donuts apparently (Ex: VP's family)

Pros

1) friendly colleagues, and most of them are from China. So you don't need to worry about communication if you don't have the confidence in your English. 2) free lunch (Chinese style) 3) Weee points as bonus if you don't use company. You can redeem the points for shopping at Weee

Cons

1)You will forget what is weekend or off work because there is NO at all, you need to standby 24/7, work at home when you are off, even if when you get sick. 2) you need to work at warehouse frequently( more than 3 times a week, 1 hour each time at least), especially before holiday season. 3) No career development. Managers always come up with unbelievable requests with unclear instructions. If you are lucky enough to fulfill, you will be praised orally, no promotion, no salary raise. 4) Poor health insurance, no 401K.

Pros

1) Co-workers are very friendly and nice. Everyone is Chinese so you won't feel lonely or isolated if you are from China. 2) A few managers know what they are doing and can help you solve your problems at work. 3) The office is close to the freeway.

Cons

1) Low pay and lots of work. The company pays less than average. Bad health insurance. No 401k. 2) No career advancement at all. No pay raise and no promotion. Capable people find better opportunities and leave the company fast. The employee turnover is high.
