Pros
Benefits package was great advantage
Cons
Far too much work piled on employees and told to get on with it. A lot of people in high places with not a lot of knowledge. Unfortunately we saw people getting positions in the company based on their relationship with upper management (friends). No trust in the employees No accountability taken by upper management and throwing the employee under the bus. Marketing were the worst at throwing people under the bus (advice... stay clear of marketing). Poor career opportunities - they like to share a lot of linkedin adds that they are promoting a lot of people, but in reality that doesn't happen at all and is all just a gimmick to entice people to want to work for them. The only people who get promoted are marketing and the "pals" within.
