      -Make some decent organic cereal -No much restriction on travel

      Cons

      - Not fairly compensated -expertise is always questioned -workload is impossible -everyone feels they need to add their two cents -no training -get thrown under the bus by colleagues any chance they get -Can't trust management or colleagues

      Pros

      At Weetabix you get responsibility and accountability wherever you can handle it - so it isn't for people who like to hide behind others and sit in the corner quietly. It's focussed on people, with a clear strategy and ambition. The ability to make a difference is huge, there is a lot that needs to improve. There's a lot of visibility right to the top too, its friendly and people go out of their way to support you. You get a lot of professional stimulation, as much as you can handle, and the clear meaning and purpose mean it's clear how your work helps Weetabix achieve it's goals.

      Cons

      Systems and processes can sometimes slow things down (we're pacey!). But that is being worked on as a big area of improvement.
