Pros

Profit Share is decent, head quarter facility is new.

Cons

Zero Flexibility, no work from home, religious/conservative environment, strict dress code for a place that should be casual, un-interesting products, demanding customers, no growth opportunity, bad management, Racist/discriminatory. Expect to be transferred if you are single or don't have a family.
