Lots of training support, and have seen many people (including myself) grow with the company. Good benefits and the overall culture is great! WP has come a long way in the last 5 years with employee benefits, care and support.

Cons

They should offer a more well-rounded holiday schedule and guaranteed personal days. The process for receiving personal days is a bit strange.

Pros

It truly feels family-based (because that is how the company was started!), and leadership genuinely cares about employees as people. They do an awesome job celebrating holidays, diversity and try to make the workplace fun and meaningful. There are opportunities to grow with clear career paths and a strong focus on leadership development. Many tools available to help you grow and there are trainers in each of the region to work alongside new hires and those wanting to do more. Many of the employees have been here for double digit yeas and some even more than 20+ years. It is a great place to work!

Cons

None with the company itself. This industry isn't for everyone, but if it is you have found the right company to be with!
