      I’ve been with the company for roughly 15 years and have had the opportunity to grow from a Financial Analyst role into a leadership role at the company. That kind of long-term growth is possible here because the company values internal development, rewards performance, and gives people room to expand their skill sets over time. Leadership is accessible and open to new ideas, especially when they’re backed by data and thoughtful analysis. The organization encourages collaboration across departments, which makes it easier to understand the broader business and contribute in meaningful ways. Stability is another major plus. The company has been consistent in its direction and culture, even as it continues to evolve and modernize.

      The pace of change can vary depending on the initiative, though leadership has continued to make steady improvements year over year.

      Great company for long term growth

      Pros

      I’ve had a long term career with Weinstein Properties, starting onsite as a leasing consultant, growing into a property manager role, and eventually transitioning to the corporate office. The company supports growth of its employees and provides real opportunities for advancement. The culture overall is positive and team oriented, with community involvement through WP Gives Back volunteering, as well as fun events like theme weeks and company gatherings. The company also encourages its employees to share ideas and be part of improving procedures, which helps you feel invested in the company’s direction.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, procedures and processes continue to evolve, which at times can be challenging to keep up with.

      I’ve enjoyed my time at WP and have found the culture to be great. I have supportive team members that are awesome. Benefits are great and I also get my birthday off. I’d recommend to anyone looking to work for a growing company.
