Great Company and Supportive Work Environment

Pros

Team oriented company, work life balance encouraged, regionals are responsive, company cares about it's properties and employees, training and growth opportunities for quick advancement if you take initiative. Everyone seems to enjoy being at work and it's always a positive environment making the work days move quickly. It's at times tough and you will occasionally dedicate extra hours, but the job is rewarding if you like a challenge, problem solving, and collaborating.

Cons

Pay/bonuses are on the low side and only 2 weeks of paid vacation during your first 5 years with the company. Typical raise is 3% annually regardless if you had excellent performance. Health insurance is expensive, but not terrible.

Pros

Great if you’re looking for fast growth but be prepared to commit your life to them.

Cons

If you’re not 100% commited to this company, they will make it very hard for you. If you are looking to be promoted, be prepared commit your life and never make a mistake. Because if you do make a mistake, they make it really hard to come back from. Also - there is no commissions. They try to win you over by saying you get a higher hourly wage but I always made more on commissions. The quarterly bonus is basically nothing.

Family owned business with lots of opportunity. Excellent Company Culture. Regional Transfer Opportunities. Rental discount and bold bonus structure

Cons

Slow growth into higher corporate positions like director roles. Bonuses are paid quarterly rather than monthly like many management companies. Office hours don't offer much work life balance for leasing.
