pay is competitive Company is Decent People are always leaving so you get promoted fast even if your not ready .

Cons

Be prepared to work at a stressful environment as a leasing agent you need to learn the managers job and yours because managers would delegate most of their task to you . Be prepared for all the gossip. Everyone has a bossy mentality from leasing, Managers, Supervisors. They would throw you under the bus to keep their jobs. Be prepared to move around every 3-4 months They have a lot of policies but no one follows them. Employees that work and lived onsite get away with a lot , smoking, cigarettes, smoking pod, doing favors for the residents. You would be surprised some of the conversations maintenance share . They don’t drug test so that should tell you a lot .

Pros

Use of amenities at the property locations was nice. Rent discounted if you chose to live there.

Cons

They will overwork and underpay. Some racist employees makes work difficult Alot of victim blaming. They hate complaints even when it's valid because it requires them to do more work.
