Absolutely none, this company is a joke.

Horrible. Do not— I repeat, do not—work here. Courtesy officers receive a larger housing discount than actual employees. Employees are told they receive a 30% discount, but it is taken directly out of your paycheck. The company operates under a “don’t ask, don’t tell” mentality that goes against fair housing principles. The training program is a joke. Trainers openly talk about how much they dislike current employees and encourage you to fire staff without knowing anything about your team or operations. Management is biased, and if they simply don’t like you, you will be terminated—regardless of performance. This is not a supportive or ethical workplace. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for employment.
