Pros

No pros AT ALL! Super toxic. Pay isn’t even worth the unnecessary stress.

Cons

“Training” is completely nonexistent. They say you have 90 days but actually want you to learn everything in a week. Work-life balance doesn’t exist either. Don’t even waste your time. It’s NOT worth it. They constantly change managers like playing hot potato between properties. They do not care about your hard work ethic. They do not care if you have a valid excuse or work note if you miss more than a day they will let you go even though there is no set policy. You are replaceable and they only want perfect employees, it’s not worth the stress at all. Especially when the properties aren’t even that nice. You can’t trust anyone here!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we don’t agree with how this experience is described, we want to clarify a few points. Training is a strong focus at Weinstein Properties, with a structured onboarding process, dedicated resources, and ongoing support beyond the initial learning period. Expectations and feedback are communicated throughout that process. We recognize that experiences can vary and continue working to improve consistency, communication, and support across our teams. We appreciate the time individuals spend with us and wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

30% rent discount, DEI efforts on the surface

Cons

Work Life balance is non-existent. You are on the job 24/7 365 a year. They ask so much of each team member they cannot possibly reach bonus goals. The company says they want better curb appeal, but they will not invest the money to make it happen. They try to save funds at the expense of the team's efforts. They will not hire contractors for projects, so the onsite team has to this perform work with less expertise, timeliness, etc.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We recognize that work-life balance, workload, and resources are important concerns, and we continue to evaluate staffing, expectations, and support to help teams succeed. Our goal is to set achievable objectives and provide the tools needed to maintain our communities. While approaches may differ by property and project, we regularly review how best to balance internal work and outside support. We understand that not every experience or transition ends on a positive note. We appreciate the time individuals spend with Weinstein Properties and wish you the best moving forward.

Good Company, Bonuses Could Be Better.

Pros

Family owned, growth oriented and offers training opportunities, diverse environment and fun. Employee engagement has greatly improved over the years.

Cons

Compensation, rental discounts and bonuses could be better. The hourly wage may be comparable to other companies, but the rental discount and bonuses are low. Sometimes, it can feel like you are working just to pay the rent and then you have nothing remaining in your check. They do not pay commission, which I actually like, but because of this, the quarterly bonuses should be greater. They recently changed the dress code to be more tailored and business professional- wall street style (for the onsite teams- people at higher levels seem to be able wear whatever they want- even if their dress is basically a long shirt). It was previously, business casual and we could wear jeans on Friday and Saturday.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you recognize the family-owned culture, focus on growth, training opportunities, and the progress we’ve made with employee engagement. We understand concerns about compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts, and we regularly review these areas as we work to stay competitive and fair across roles. Feedback like this is helpful as we continue evaluating benefits, incentives, and policies, including dress code expectations. We appreciate your perspective and your contributions, and we value ongoing dialogue as we continue to grow and improve.
