Thank you for sharing your feedback of Weinstein Properties. We are glad to hear that you liked your co-workers and the design of our offices. We are sorry that you felt as though your director played favorites. We certainly do not like hearing this and wish this was brought to our attention while you still worked with us so we could have talked about this. With regards to the bonus structure, we implemented a new bonus program on January 1, 2019. Depending on when you were with WP, this program may or may not have been in effect at the time. The new bonus program rewards teams for their quarterly performance based on a variety of metrics and the potential to earn more money is greater than it has ever been before. In addition, we increased the rental discount that is offered to employees who live on-site about a year ago. We do wish your time with WP had turned out for the better. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Too many to list! I started out as a resident at a property they had acquired. I was blown away by the customer service I received and the improvements they made on property. As a whole this was so impactful that I knew I wanted to work for Weinstein Properties. Everyone from the phone screening to in person interview was so passionate and glowed with happiness. This is the exact representation of what it's like to work for WP. The support, innovation and PEOPLE are what make this company so incredible, and stand out from the rest. Although we keep continuing to grow (HOW EXCITING!) it still feels like a family. The people are what makes this company so enjoyable. Everyone is working towards the same goal - from corporate to onsite - it is an amazing team. I can't imagine working for any other company and I am definitely WP for Life!

Cons

The only thing I could say is I think the bonus structure could be better. HOWEVER - they recently just revamped this for 2019 so I am exciting to see these changes and it really goes to show that they care about their employees!
