      Pros

      They give you twenty percent off rent.

      Cons

      The benefits are terrible. The pay is terrible. There is no commission on signing leases. They terminate so many people without being able to give reasons.

It is unfortunate that you did not feel as though the pay or benefits were appropriate for your position. We do have to disagree with you as our average pay for Leasing Consultants is on the higher end, according to GlassDoor reports. In addition, terminations are never without cause and we feel strongly that you may have received some incorrect information that led to this critique of our business. Although it may be hard to hear sometimes, negative feedback does serve all of us well as we should always be looking to improve. We thank you for your review and we wish you all the best!

      Has changed for the worst

      Pros

      -This company is very organized, they have put a lot of focus into streamlining their procedures and that makes the day to day easy.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the cons far outweigh the one pros: -Favoritism runs rampant in this company. If you are friends with the director then your career will go far, bad behavior is overlooking, inappropriate relationships ignored, etc. Mean girls club all day! -Maintenance is prioritized over leasing staff. Maintenance staff can perform poorly, display bad behavior and even get demoted but are put in positions of leadership and paid more once they become desperate enough. Leasing and managers however can perform poorly and be shipped out in a second. -Lacks diversity!!!!!!! Pay attention people, if you look at the leadership page on their website their isn't one person that is any shade of brown in sight and its that way at the property level too. I think all the managers who were people of color have all been fired. They make you take diversity training but they do not actually have a diverse team of leaders. -This is a customer focused company so that means employees come second. Pay is less than the industry standard and the customer is given anything they want if they throw enough of a fit, disrespect included. The compensation they do offer is patronizing, offering things like ice cream day and the ability to wear jeans for one reason or another.

We have made this a company goal and agree with you that diversity is extremely important. We would like to also mention that our leadership team members all have extended tenures with the company, working their way up over many years.
