Weinstein is a great company overall. Their training and follow up is unmatched! They really have the industry figured out.

Cons

Poor leadership that have unrealistic expectations and are super cliquey. PM bonuses based on KPIs that don't include maintenance team items, which you have to manage as well.

Bonus structure is okay I guess.

There’s too many people in upper management/ corporate, they all like to micromanage and give their staff no assistance, help or support. It’s all about corporate politics and favoritism. Pay is horrible and no commission
