      Overall a great company to work for that treats their employee's well.

      Pros

      Great starting salary for a leasing consultant. Very flexible with scheduling needs. Able to advance through the company to management positions fairly easily.

      Cons

      While we don't receive commissions as leasing consultants, they do pay out quarterly bonuses. So if you are looking to be able to earn more in terms of commissions this may not be the company for you.

      Gray pay & benefits. Beautiful properties

      Cons

      Ever changing priorities, management. Everything felt subject to change at the drop of a dime. New metrics that were never clarified but your job felt like it was on the line if not met. You could guarantee you would hear gossip about another property or manager from your boss.
