Pros

Flexible with scheduling. No one was overwhelmed with weekend work. Easy to sell floor plans and communities well taken care of.

Cons

No commission structure like other property management companies. Upper management seem to have no rules like lower positions. Employee discount on apartments was a joke - public got a better price than the discount.

Pros

I worked for Weinstein for 4 years and it was one of the best experiences I've had in the work force. Weinstein is a huge proponent of promoting from within and spends a lot of time trying to improve their systems and policy by listening to employee feedback. Upper management, from the Area Managers to Allison Weinstein, the CEO herself, all of them are extremely affable and seem to have a genuine care for everyone they employ. This is a great company managed by great people.

Cons

If you are looking for a stuffy corporate atmosphere, this isn't the place for you. Weinstein takes its business seriously but knows to not take THEMSELVES too seriously. Both the filed and corporate offices have a very approachable atmosphere.

Pros

Competitive compensation, more than sufficient paid time off both. Thee company invests in their employees and tries to promote within as opposed to hiring for upper positions. 401k matching along with offering health savings plans. Corporate is always asking for ideas on how to make our careers more exciting and fun and they truly listen! They have taken such good care of me no matter what! I truly feel like I am part of a "family" here and thats something not a lot of folks can say about their employer.

Cons

Insurance isn't the best. The plans that offer better coverage are rather expensive while the less expensive plans don't even kick in until you've met a ridiculously high deductible. If your someone that rarely goes to the doctor unfortunately your handing money over to an insurance company that will be of no benefit to you unless something catastrophic happens.
